Villa Lamac is located in the exclusive southwest of Cape Coral on El Dorado Pkwy West.

The Villa is completely remodeled in 2023 and makes you feel at home. The modern style from the outside and inside makes the villa an elegant and luxurious vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the living and dining area with high ceilings and a view onto the water, you will feel comfortable.

This exceptional property was built on a south facing lot. You can enjoy the sun the whole day until sunset.

The house is modern and exclusive and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 3 people. Further to the kitchen area is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and a view onto the beautiful Spreader canal.

Bedroom:

All bedrooms have new furniture. The pictures and the accessories have been placed to fit the room concepts. All bedrooms have their own TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite with bathroom, has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. This bedroom has a fire feature for cozy nights.
• Guest suite with king-size bed. From this suite with private bathroom, you have fantastic views over the canal.
• Guest rooms 3 and 4 also have king-size beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
• Guest room 5 has a queen-size bed and its own bathroom.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom and guest suite have their own large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The Master bathroom has a bathtub as well. The third guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and is shared by the bedroom3 and 4. The fourth bathroom also has a walk-in shower. There is also a guest powder bath located in the living area.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a new high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun the whole day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture with an extra fire feature. The pool is electrically heated and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area has a dining table for 8 people.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Lamac is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. The lift of the house can be used for the boats we rent.

Location of the villa:

Villa Lamac is located on El Dorado Pkwy, one of the most expensive areas in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on the Spreader canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line).
