With its fully air conditioned size of 2,553 sq ft for the living area and a total of 3,800 sq ft the villa Sunshine Pearl has set the bar high for luxury vacation home villas in the Cape. 3 perfect bed rooms – all with wood flooring, 3 great bath rooms, a spacious den and a Bosch equipped kitchen help you to relax from the first minute on.

All bed rooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV’s and there is a huge flat screen TV in the great room – completed by a state of the art surround system with speakers inside and in the lanai as well.

The great outdoor kitchen with its sink and refrigerator as well as its big stainless steel BBQ make you want to cook and dine outside every day. And since the covered part of the lanai is huge as well, it can easily host a big party!

INFINITY POOL
Our Infinity Pool makes you feel like never wanting to leave the pool again. Our special salt water systems does not need any chemicals in the pool which of course is better for you and your family during your stay in this stunning vacation home.

Our Spa seats up to 6 people and since it can be heated its the perfect spot to enjoy a breathtaking sunset!

THE LOT
Sunshine Pearl’s lot is more than 50% bigger than the standard Cape Coral lot. That helped us to enlarge the pool area and it also keeps the neighbors at bay. Furthermore this gives you a larger part of the canal and hence a nicer view.
