Villa Caribe

Villa Caribe – as the name states, this is our very charming Caribbean Style home. It is located in the southeastern area of Cape Coral near to the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. This cozy vacation home makes you feel at home and is a welcoming vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the living room with a view of the pool area and canal, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

The house was built on a south facing lot, which is why you can enjoy the sun all day and watch beautiful sunsets at the end of the day.

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high-quality furniture, and tasteful accessories and pictures complementing the cozy ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful canal.

Bedrooms:
The master suite and the guest bedroom 1 have direct access to the pool area. Each of these two bedrooms are equipped with an HD-TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite is an ideal place to relax.
• Guest room 1 with king-size bed has a view of the pool area and the canal.
• Guest room 2 has two twin-size beds and is perfect if you are travelling with kids.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is shared by the two guest bedrooms. An additional small pool bath is also available.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A comfortable couch is available for taking a break.

Terrace, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Caribe has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The big relaxing pool can be heated electrically. The covered area has a dining table for 6 people. A BBQ-grill, sun-loungers, and a pool bathroom leave nothing to be desired.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Caribe is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Cape Coral. From the Villa’s own dock, you have direct access to the river and Golf of America. You can use the dock (no lift available for guests’ use) for the boats we rent or for your own boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa Caribe is located in the popular residential area very close to the Four Mile Cove directly on a canal. Del Prado Blvd is a street with many restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets and can be reached in just a few minutes. You can reach the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve by bike or foot. At 365 acres, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is the second-largest preserved green space in Cape Coral. Located just north of Veteran's Parkway, Four Mile Cove “Eco Park” is a brackish water wetland area with a walking trail, visitor center, and the Veterans Memorial Area. Visitors of any age can walk through the preserve on the boardwalk. Possible wildlife sightings include eagles, ibis, herons, other wading & migratory birds, raccoons, snakes, and others.
