Villa Martinique

Villa Martinique – the name means “Island of Flowers” which describes the Villa perfectly.  Villa Martinique gives you the feeling of being on a relaxing Island where you forget all the stress of your daily life. This Key West Style property lets you experience an absolute laid-back atmosphere.  The Villa is located in the desired southwest area of Cape Coral - in a quiet residential area.

As soon as you enter the relaxing Villa, you will feel at home. The unique Key West Style, inside and outside, make the villa the perfect vacation destination with a private Island atmosphere. A unique fireplace complements the warm atmosphere in the home.

This fascinating property was built on a south facing lot and you can enjoy the sun all day only to, then, end the day with an astounding sunset.

The house is exclusively furnished and offers everything you need for a great vacation. The open living area and the charming outdoor area invite you to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area with high ceilings was furnished with tropical furniture and accessories. The wall-art complements the beach style ambience.

Kitchen:

The charming kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, there is a build-in desk for you to comfortably write a grocery list or take care of any other possible work. Further, in this beautiful floorplan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite (downstairs) with king-size bed. This large and pleasant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal place to relax. It has its own TV, large bathroom and walk-in closet with make-up table.
• Guest room 1 (upstairs) with queen-size bed also has its own TV.
• Guest room 2 (upstairs) with queen-size bed.

Bathrooms:

• The master bedroom (downstairs) has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub.
• The other two bedrooms share a bathroom (upstairs) with a tub and shower combo.
• There is a separate powder room (downstairs) for guests.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Martinique has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its charm and view of many native trees and the canal. The trees give you lots of privacy, which makes you feel like there is no one else around. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the sun all day or relax in one of the two separate and shaded lanais with the lounge furniture. The upstairs balcony is another hidden gem at this property, which allows you to have breathtaking views of the paradise around you. The pool is solar heated and leaves nothing to be desired. There is a BBQ grill to prepare the fresh catch directly. An outside Sonos system is available for background music. Radiant heaters allow you to sit outside even on the very few chilly days of the year.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Martinique is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. Lounge furniture on the dock provide an additional place to enjoy the laid-back Florida lifestyle. The boat dock (not the lift) is available for you to dock your own or rented boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa Martinique is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on a beautiful canal. Stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is not far either.

W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line). A Sonos system is available for background music. Your car can be parked in the driveway, but the garage is not available for use.
