Villa Hideaway is an extravagant and modern retreat that makes you feel at home. Soft colors, noble and high-quality materials, spaciousness, and tranquility will welcome you here. The upper observation deck (3 floor) pleases with an unbeatable view over Cape Coral, the nature reserve and spectacular sunsets. This exceptional property was built on an oversized lot. The house is west oriented, so you can enjoy the sun all day until sunset.

The house is modern, exclusive, and flooded with light and elegance. The wide and open living area and the oversized patio area are places to relax.

Living area: 

The open living area has been furnished with elegant and modern furniture. Tasteful accessories complete the luxurious ambience.

Kitchen:

The open gourmet kitchen was built for the demanding cook and is fully equipped to make cooking a pleasant experience. The kitchen island presents a breakfast counter for 4 people. An additional fridge for wine and other drinks will ensure enough cold drinks for everyone to enjoy together. Also part of the open floorplan, is an elegant dining table for 8 people with stunning views of the spreader canal and mangroves.

Bedrooms:

• Master Suite 1 with king-size bed (1st Floor). This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The room has been designed in a way for you to have a great view of the spreader canal and mangroves.
• Master Suite 2 with king-size bed (2nd Floor). This large suite has direct access to the balcony (from here the observation deck is also accessible). The bed was also aligned for an unique view over the spreader canal and the mangroves.
• Guest Room 1 with king-size bed (1st Floor). This guest room also has direct access to the pool area overlooking the canal.
• Guest Room 2 with king-size bed (1st Floor). This guest room is tastefully decorated and perfect to get some relaxing quiet time.

 Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV.

Bathrooms: 

Each of the two master bedrooms have their own large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The two guestroom bathrooms are en-suite and are directly accessible from the bedrooms. There is also an additional powder bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials.

Laundry: 

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office: 

The office is located on the ground floor and has a desk with modern design. Here the businessman or business women can do their job in a nice ambience, if needed.

Upstairs / Game Room: 

A staircase leads to the second floor. Here you have an open view down to the living area. Upstairs you find a game room with a pool table, a cozy sitting area and TV. The second floor gives you access to a balcony at the front of the house, perfect to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. From the game room you have direct access to the larger balcony, here you will find a comfortable seating area to relax.

Observation deck: 

Above the large balcony on the second floor you reach the observation deck (3^rd floor), which impresses with breathtaking sunsets and the perfect view of the nature reserve and Cape Coral.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Hideaway has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The screen fields are extra-large to spoil with an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature. The outdoor area impresses with its size and gorgeous views. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the sun all day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge chairs. The electrically heated infinity pool (plus Solar System) with salt cell (no salt film on the skin, only softer water) leaves nothing to be desired and gives the remarkable impression of swimming directly in the canal. The large covered area offers a summer kitchen. Here you can prepare your fresh catch directly.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki: 

Villa Hideaway is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddling tour across the many canals. From your own boat-dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. The Southwind boat (see information below) can be rented with the house.

Location of the villa: 

Villa Hideaway is located in the Peninsula Point (SW 28th Place), one of the most expensive and desired streets and neighborhoods in southwest Cape Coral right on the spreader canal. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and not only offers restaurants and bars but also delicious ice-cream, live music, and cute little boutiques.

Additional Information: 

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A printer is also available (cartridges must be repurchased if necessary). A Nespresso machine is available for our coffee drinkers (please bring your own capsules).
