Villa Chandon – the name indicates strength and endurance, which shows in the chosen materials inside and outside. It is located in the southwestern area of Cape Coral near Cape Coral Harbor and directly on the Placentia canal. This cozy two-story vacation home makes you feel at home and is a welcoming vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the living room with very high ceilings and a beautiful view of the pool area and canal, you will feel relaxed. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

The house was built on a north facing lot, allowing you to find shade during the hottest hours.

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the patio area and balcony are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high-quality furniture, and tasteful accessories and pictures complementing the cozy ambience. There are two living rooms, one of them has a TV.

Kitchen:

The big and open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. Granite counter tops are only one part giving the kitchen an elegant feel.   A breakfast counter for 4 people and a breakfast table for 4 people provide enough seating for everyone. Further connected to the kitchen is a bar - connecting the kitchen, dining area with 6 chairs, and living area.

Bedrooms:
The Master-Suite is located downstairs, and the other two bedrooms are located upstairs. All bedrooms have their own TV and bathroom.

       •     Master suite with king-size bed (downstairs) with its own big bathroom.
               This large and elegant suite is an ideal retreat to relax and has direct pool access.   

• Guest bedroom 1 with king-size bed (upstairs) also with a large en-suite bathroom and direct access to the balcony.

• Guest bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (upstairs) has its own bathroom, accessible from the hallway.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. There is another powder bathroom downstairs for guests with additional access from the pool area. Upstairs there are two bathrooms; every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Chandon has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The big nature-inspired infinity pool with spa can be heated electrically and makes you feel as if you were relaxing in a lagoon. The covered area also has a dining space for 4 people and an outdoor kitchen with a bar and a BBQ Grill. Three barstools are available to enjoy the bar. On the sun loungers you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Upstairs there is a nice balcony with lounge furniture for you to enjoy.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Chandon is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Cape Coral. From the Villa’s own dock, you have direct access to the river and Golf of America. You can use the dock (not the lift) for the boats we rent or for your own boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa Chandon is located on the popular El Dorado Parkway West directly on the Placentia canal. Cape Coral Harbor can be reached within minutes by foot or bike. The harbor offers nice restaurants, bars, boutiques, and even live music on certain nights of the week. Shops and supermarkets are also in immediate vicinity.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with HD Flatscreen TVs. Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are possible everywhere. A circular driveway with a lot of space for your cars is very convenient.

No smoking is permitted inside of the home and no pets are allowed!
