The Villa Chandon is located in the highly sought after prestigious, southwestern area of Cape Coral directly on a Canal.

Living area:

The living area offers two living rooms and a large dining room, which is also perfect for game evenings, and a small dining area which is integrated into the great kitchen room. Tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience. The second smaller dining area is for four people and has a bar.

Kitchen:

The large open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a perfect dinner. The granite countertops and very spacious room leaves nothing open to desire and has 4 barstools.  

Bedrooms:

Two bedrooms are located upstairs, and the Master bedroom is located downstairs.

     • Master suite with king-size bed (downstairs)
        This large and elegant suite is an ideal retreat to relax. From the master suite you can enter the pool area directly.

• Guest bedroom 1 with king-size bed (upstairs) with large bathroom

• Guest bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (upstairs)

Bathrooms:
The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. There is another powder bathroom downstairs with access to the pool area. Upstairs are two bathrooms; every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room has a washing machine and two corresponding dryers. Iron and Ironing board are available.

Balcony:
You can reach the screened balcony through a large hallway from the upper floor, where you can experience breathtaking view over the canal. It’s also possible to see a Rocket launch at the Cape Canaveral Kennedy Space Center from there.

Terrace, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa has a pool screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The covered area also has a dining space for 6 people and an outdoor kitchen with bar and BBQ Grill. On the sun loungers you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals.
You can dock a rental boat at the boat dock. The boat lift is not allowed to be used by the renters.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in southwest Cape Coral on El Dorado Pkwy directly on the Placentia canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or in walking distance and has shops, bars and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with HD Flatscreen TV’s. Wi-Fi and high speed internet are possible everywhere in the house.
