Villa Grande – the name already describes the size of this amazing property. The Villa is over 4,000 square feet of living area and many extras. It is located in the highly sought after prestigious, southwestern area of Cape Coral directly on a canal with direct gulf access.

This majestic two-story house is the perfect luxurious vacation destination for the whole family. This property was built on an oversized lot with southeastern exposure. You can enjoy the sun all day long but find shade under the covered areas if needed.  

Living area:

The living area offers a living room with a wet bar. The house is equipped with high-quality furniture, and tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience. The sliding doors connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

Kitchen:

The large open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a perfect dinner. The granite countertops and very spacious room with 2 ovens leave nothing to be desired. A large dining table for 10 people, which is also perfect for game nights, is integrated into the great kitchen room.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms have been individually designed. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, and four bedrooms are located upstairs. Every bedroom has its own TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed (downstairs). This large and elegant suite is an ideal retreat. The master suite has an en-suite bathroom. It has direct access to the pool.

• Guest bedroom 1 with king-size bed (downstairs).
• Guest bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (upstairs).
• Guest bedroom 3 with king-size bed (upstairs).
• Guest bedroom 4 with king-size bed (upstairs).
• Guest bedroom 5 with king-size bed (upstairs).

Bathrooms:

• The master bedroom has its own large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
• There is another bathroom with a walk-in shower downstairs (right next to the guest bedroom 1).
• There are two more bathrooms with each a walk-in shower upstairs - to be shared by the other bedrooms.
• Additionally, there is an outdoor powder bath.

Office:

The separate office is located away from the bedrooms, here you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room has a washing machine and two corresponding dryers. Iron and an ironing board are available.

Balcony:
You can reach the screened balcony through a large hallway from the upper floor, where you can experience a breathtaking view over the canal.

Terrace, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa has a pool screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. Due to the southeast orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day. The covered area has a dining table for 12 people, a bar with 4 chairs, and a BBQ Grill. On the sun loungers you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The pool and spa can be electrically heated.

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Cape Coral. You have direct access to the Gulf of America from your own dock with lift, which can be used for the boats we rent or for your own boat.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in southwest Cape Coral directly on a canal in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars, and restaurants with live music on certain nights of the week. A couple of parks for short walks or some pickleball/tennis action are not far.

Additional Information:

Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules). A circular driveway provides a lot of space for your cars.
