The villa is very close to the Cape Coral Harbor Marina and has direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America.

Living Area:

The open living area is furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and wall art complementing the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking and entertaining. The breakfast counter has 5 chairs and invites for a quick bite to eat or a drink. In addition, the kitchen and spacious floor plan open up to the dining area with a nice dining table for up to 8 people and an impressive view of the canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are designed with good taste. The well-chosen decoration and high-quality furniture complementing the rooms. Every room has its own TV.

• Master-Suite 1 with king-size bed. The spacious and elegant suite offers direct access to the pool area and is the perfect place to rest inside while still enjoying the water view. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
• Master-Suite 2 with king-size bed. This suite is another cozy room with direct pool access and great views. This suite has its own en-suite bathroom too.
• Guestroom 1 is furnished with a queen-size bed and desk.
•  Guestroom 2 also offers a queen-size bed and desk.

Bathrooms:

• Master-Suite 1 has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Master-Suite 2 also has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and an additional bathtub.
• Guestroom 1 and guestroom 2 share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. The office is also equipped with a lounge chair for a break.

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine, a corresponding dryer, ironing equipment, and cleaning utensils.

Villa Infinity has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its view. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the sun all day. The nice sized pool and spa are electrically heated and are perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The covered area offers a dining table for up to 8 people and an outdoor kitchen. The outdoor area has 4 lounge chairs to sit back and read a book or close your eyes while enjoying the warm sun.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Infinity has direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. It is the ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water. The dock and the lift can be used for the boats we rent or for your own boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa Infinity is located in one of the most desired areas of Cape Coral. The villa is directly on the beautiful spreader canal right by the Cape Coral Harbor Marina. The Cape Coral Harbor Marina offers boutiques, restaurants, bars, and live music on certain nights of the week. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity.
