Villa Blue Diamond is located in the charming southwestern area of Cape Coral near the El Dorado Pkwy W.

The Villa with clean and modern style makes you feel at home and is a luxurious vacation destination for you to relax and enjoy. Directly after you enter the large living area with a gorgeous view onto the pool area and the canal crossing, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside.

The house was built on a southern facing lot. You can enjoy the beautiful Florida sun most time of the day. The house has everything you need for your perfect vacation.

Living area:

The large open living area was furnished with high quality furniture and the tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The large open kitchen for this villa is fully equipped to delight every cook. You have a breakfast counter with space for 4 people. A wine cooler and a modern smart fridge make the kitchen perfect. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and a view onto the pool area and the beautiful canal.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have their own TV.

• Master-Suite 1 with King-size bed. This spacious bedroom with direct access to the pool area is the perfect place to relax. This bedroom has its own bathroom.
  • Master-Suite 2 with King-size bed. This bedroom also has direct access to the Pool area and its own bathroom.
  • Guest room 1 with a queen-size bed.
  • Guest room 2 with a king-size bed.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and has a big bathtub as well. The Master Suite 2 also has its own bathroom with walk-in shower.

The bathroom for the guest bedrooms has to be shared and has a walk-in shower.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa Blue Diamond has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. In addition, the Villa has a Mosquito repellent system that’s effective against the No-See-Ums. The extra-large scree fields are perfect to have a unique view on the canal crossing. The covered area spoils with a dining table for 8 people and a lounge area. Special is the large outdoor kitchen, it leaves nothing open to desire.

The wide-reaching pool area also has sun loungers and a big lounge with a sun umbrella to relax.
In front of the Master Suite 2 you also have a small lounge area with two chairs and a table.

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa Blue Diamond is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water. Through the spreader canal and a lock, you can reach the open water.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on a canal crossing. The El Dorado Blvd W is close, and you can reach the Cape Harbor Marina in a few minutes. Also not far away is Camelot Park. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and small shops for dining and strolling you can reach by car in a few minutes. Other shops and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. Wi-Fi reception is possible everywhere in the house. A Keurig Coffee maker is also available (please bring your own capsules). A Sonos system is available for background music. A private super charger station for your electric car.
