Villa Blue Diamond - as the name describes, this Villa is like the precious stone highly valued and free of flaws. The property is located in the southwestern area of Cape Coral near the El Dorado Pkwy W. and just walking distance to the charming harbor.

The Villa's clean and modern style allows you to feel right at home and makes it a luxurious vacation destination for you to enjoy. As soon as you enter the large living area with a breathtaking view of the pool area and the canal crossing, you will feel ready to relax. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

The house was built on a southern facing lot. You can enjoy the beautiful Florida sun most time of the day. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

Living area:

The large open living area was furnished with high quality furniture and the tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The large open kitchen is fully equipped to bring joy to every cook. There is a breakfast counter with space for 4 people. A wine cooler and a modern smart fridge ensure enough cold drinks for everyone. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and a view of the pool area and the beautiful canal.

Bedrooms:
All bedrooms have their own TV.

•Master-Suite 1 with King-size bed. This spacious bedroom with direct access to the pool area is the perfect place to relax. This bedroom has its own bathroom. •Master-Suite 2 with King-size bed. This bedroom also has direct access to the Pool area and its own bathroom.
• Guest room 1 with a queen-size bed.
• Guest room 2 with a king-size bed.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a big bathtub. The Master Suite 2 also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa Blue Diamond has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. In addition, the Villa has a Mosquito repellent system that’s effective against the No-See-Ums. The extra-large screen fields around the pool-area allow a view of the canal crossing without any distraction. The covered area has a dining table for 8 people and a lounge area. The special large outdoor kitchen for fun grill-outs leaves nothing to desire.

The wide-reaching pool area also has sun loungers and a big lounger with a sun umbrella to relax.
In front of the Master Suite 2 is another small lounge area with two chairs and a table.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Blue Diamond has direct access to the Gulf of America. It is the ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water. 

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the desired southwest of Cape Coral directly on a spectacular canal crossing. Cape Harbor Marina is only a few minutes away and invites for life-music, ice-cream, great restaurants with water-view, and cute little boutiques for shopping. Also not far away is Camelot Park - the park offers sport-courts for our active guests and a nice playground for our youngest guests. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, small shops, and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. Wi-Fi reception is possible everywhere in the house. A Keurig Coffee maker is also available (please bring your own capsules). A Sonos system is available for background music. The Villa also offers a private super charger station for your electric car.
