The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 3 people. Further to the kitchen area is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view onto the beautiful Spreader canal.

Bedroom:

All bedrooms have modern furniture and every bedroom has it’s own bathroom.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite 1 with queen-size bed. From this suite with a private bathroom, you also have access to the pool area.
• Guest suite 2 with king-size bed located on the first floor and has it’s own balcony with a beautiful view on the mangroves.
• Guest rooms 3 has king-size bed.

Bathrooms:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and large bathtub. The bathrooms of the guest suites 1 and 2 also have a walk-in shower. The guest room 3 has a bathtub shower.

Laundry:

The functional large laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

The outdoor area impresses with its size and the seamless special infinity pool. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun the whole day or relax in the shaded lanai. The pool and spa can be electrically heated and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area has a dining table for 8 people and a lounge area. The summer kitchen with a BBQ grill, is perfect to prepare the fresh catch directly. 

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. The lift of the house can be used for the boats we rent.
