Villa Sensation is located in the southwestern area of Cape Coral.

The Villa with its classic style makes you feel at home and is a luxurious vacation destination for the whole family. Directly after you enter the living room with a view onto the pool area, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside.

The house was built on a southeastern facing oversized lot. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises and the sun most time of the day.

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen for this villa is fully equipped to delight every cook. You have a breakfast counter with space for 4 people. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view onto the beautiful canal.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite with a king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The bedroom is equipped with a TV.
• Guest room 1 with a queen-size bed also with a TV.
  
  • Guest room 2 with a king-size bed.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and has a bathtub as well. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, and it’s shared by the guest bedrooms and has a pool access.

Laundry:

The huge functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa Sensation has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The covered area spoils with a dining table for 6 people. You also have sun loungers to relax.

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa Sensation has a dock (you can’t dock a boat there) and you can use it to relax in the sun or start a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water.

Location of the villa:

Villa Sensation is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on a canal. The Gleason Pkwy is the nearest Street, and you can reach the Joe Coviello Park by foot in a few minutes. There are restaurants, bars and small shops for dining and strolling you can reach by car in a few minutes. Other shops and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity.
