Bedroom:

All bedrooms are individually designed, and every bedroom has its own TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest room 1 with king-size bed has views onto the pool area and the canal. You also have direct access to the pool area.
• Guest room 3 has a queen-size bed

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The second bathroom has a tub shower and is shared by the guest rooms 2 and 3.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

The Villa Victoria has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The covered area spoils with a dining table for 6 people. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also a TV available.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Victoria is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water there is no lock to get out.

Villa Victoria is located on Chiquita Blvd Sout right over the street you can reach the elegant Cape Harbor Marina in just a few minutes easily by bike or foot. There are Restaurants, Bars and Shops located. Just a few minutes away are more shopping amenities and restaurants.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line)).
