Villa Victoria is located in the beautiful and popular southwest of Cape Coral. It is at the end of the Chiquita Blvd. South, which is a convenient location to get anywhere. The house has a fun and cozy beach style, which makes you feel right at home. Villa Victoria is exclusive and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

As soon as you enter the large living area with a view of the pool area and canal, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and connect the inside and outside seamlessly. The open living area was furnished with Florida-style furniture and tasteful accessories and pictures complement the cozy ambience.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. It has a breakfast bar for 3 people. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful canal and pool.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are individually designed, and every bedroom has its own TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. It offers a small desk for your convenience.
• Guest room 1 with king-size bed has a view of the pool area and the canal. From here you also have direct access to the pool area.
• Guest room 3 has a queen-size bed.

Bathrooms:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The second bathroom has a tub shower and is shared by guestrooms 2 and 3.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Victoria has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The covered area offers a dining table for 6 people and a BBQ-grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also a TV available, so that you don’t have to miss your favorite show and big sports game when being outside. Sunbeds are available for you to relax in the sun. The electric and solar heated pool has seating and a table, so that you can enjoy a drink while sitting in the pool enjoying your Florida vacation. This exceptional property was built on an east facing lot. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises.

Waterfront, Dock and Lift:

Villa Victoria is an ideal starting point for a paddle tour through the many canals. The dock and lift are not available for guests.

Location of the villa:

Villa Victoria is located on Chiquita Blvd South. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina can be reached in just a few minutes by bike or foot. There are restaurants, bars, and shops at the Marina, and on certain nights of the week you can enjoy live music. Additional supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are in close proximity of the house. This is a very convenient location.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules - original line).
