Attention: This Villa is located in a prestigious gated community, therefore there is a 4 weeks minimum rental required.
Within the summer months (May till October) the minimum rental time is 2 weeks.

Villa Casa Loma – meaning “the house on the hill”. We don’t have hills in southwest Floria but with the living space all on the second floor you have a magnificent view as if you were up on a hill. The view of the canal and mangrove nature preserve which attracts tropical birds, bald eagles, dolphins and manatees is a real retreat for the whole family. This beautiful property is located in Fort Myers in the prestigious Old Pelican Bay gated community in Siesta Isles. The house is located only five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and 10 minutes to the bridge to Sanibel Island and Captiva.

Villa Casa Loma has stairs on the outside to get to the indoor living space. The stairs make you feel as if you are entering a castle. You will feel welcomed as soon as you step in.

As soon as you step into the living area with an outstanding view of the canal and mangroves, you are in vacation mode. The sliding doors connect the inside and the exceptionally large elevated rear terrace seamlessly.

This unique property was built on a west facing lot, which allows you to watch astounding sunsets from the elevated rear terrace or downstairs patio and pool area.

Villa Casa Loma is the perfect place for you to unwind from your daily life and enjoy the relaxing Floridian lifestyle.

Living Area:

The traditional living area is furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and wall art complementing the relaxing ambience. You have two traditional living areas, one of them offering a TV.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen with beautiful white cabinets and a kitchen island is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking and entertaining. In addition, the kitchen has a breakfast counter for 3 people. A breakfast nook for 4 people creates a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. The floor plan opens up to the dining area with a nice dining table for up to 8 people.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are designed with good taste. The well-chosen decoration and high-quality furniture complementing the rooms. Every room has its own TV.

• Master-Suite with king-size bed. The spacious and elegant suite offers direct access to the upstairs rear terrace and is the perfect place to rest inside while still enjoying the view of the water and mangroves.
• Guestroom 1 has a queen-size bed and is a great place to relax and unwind.
• Guestroom 2 has two twin-size beds and is perfect when traveling with children.
• Guestroom 3 has a queen-size bed and invites to relax.

Bathrooms:

• The Master-Suite has its own bathroom with both a bathtub and walk-in shower.
• Guestrooms 1 and 2 also each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower tub combos.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine, a corresponding dryer, ironing equipment, and cleaning utensils.

 Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Casa Loma has a screen covering both the upstairs and downstairs outdoor areas. The screen is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its view of pure Florida nature. An upstairs rear terrace and downstairs patio offer enough seating options for the whole family. Upstairs you will find an outside dining table for 6 people and sun-loungers, and on the patio downstairs you will find lounge furniture to relax by the pool. The poolarea can be reached by either the indoor- or outdoor stairs. The pristine electric heat-able pool with built-in spa and poolside table-tennis leave nothing to be desired.  Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the sunset from your own caged outdoor area daily. Villa Casa Loma includes a Blackstone gas-grill for you to enjoy nice grill-outs.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Casa Loma has direct access to the Gulf of America. It is the ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Fort Myers or the open water. You can reach the Golf of America within a few minutes from your own dock. The dock and lift can be used by you for the boats we rent or for your own boat. The dock also invites for a fun and relaxing fishing experience.

Location of the villa:

Villa Casa Loma is located in a quiet gated Community in Fort Myers. The villa is directly on a beautiful canal very close to different beaches. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Shopping and golf fans won’t have to drive far to have fun either.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Keurig machine is also available (please bring your own K-cups). A circle driveway and twin garages for easy access.
