Villa El Dorado Water View – the name explains the beautiful view of the water. This property is located in the exclusive southwest of Cape Coral on El Dorado Pkwy.

As soon as you enter the living area with high ceilings and a view of the spreader canal, you will feel comfortable.

This property was built on a south facing lot. You can enjoy the sun all day until sunset. The view of the spreader canal and sunset are remarkable.

The house is very charming and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large outdoor area are places to relax and enjoy. It is the perfect vacation destination for the whole family.

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the warm and welcoming ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. It has beautiful granite counters and a kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Right next to the kitchen area is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the spreader canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms have classical furniture. The pictures and the accessories have been placed to fit the rooms concepts. All bedrooms have their own TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite, with a large bathroom, has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite with king-size bed. From this suite with an en-suite bathroom, you also have direct access to the pool area.
• Guest room 3 has a queen-size bed.
• Guest room 4 has two twin-size beds, perfect when travelling with children.

Bathrooms:

• The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub
• The guest suite has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• The third bathroom is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination and is shared by bedrooms 3 and 4.
• There is also a guest powder bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a new high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A small sofa offers a comfortable place for a short break.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day or relax in the shaded lanai. The pool and spa can be electrically heated and leave nothing to be desired. The covered area has a dining table for 6 people. Additionally, there are 6 lounge chairs – perfect for naps in the sun or to read a book and relax. A BBQ-grill for grill outs by the pool can be found as well.

Villa El Dorado Water View has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. Another effective mosquito protection is achieved by a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and works biologically. This equipment also works against the annoying "No See Ums" mosquitoes that get through the meshes of a screen. These installations are used successfully in amusement parks.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa El Dorado Water View is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. You can use the dock (not lift) for one of our rented boats or your own boat. From your own dock, you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America.

Location of the Villa:

Villa El Dorado Water View is located on El Dorado Pkwy West, one of the most expensive areas in the popular southwest of Cape Coral - directly on the spreader canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars, restaurants, and live music on certain nights of the week.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line). A Sonos box is available for background music.
