Villa Grand River – as the name describes, this property is grandiose and directly on the Caloosahatchee River. The villa has a total of 6,000 square feet of elegance. Astounding views and direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America from your riverfront vacation house, will make this vacation unforgettable for the whole family. You can observe dolphins, manatees, and all kinds of wildlife from your own pool area, balcony, and dock. The Cape Coral Yacht Club beach is just a short walk or bike ride away.

The house is modern and luxurious. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in. Directly after you enter the living room with a view of the pool area and Caloosahatchee River, your vacation starts. The sliding doors to the patio can be fully opened and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

The house was built on a south facing lot. You can enjoy the sun all day but also have the opportunity to cool down in the shaded places as well.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The open living area and the patio area are places to unwind and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area with very high ceilings was furnished with tasteful accessories and pictures complementing the luxurious ambience. There are two living rooms – one on the lower floor and an additional one with even more breathtaking views on the second floor. The second living room (upper floor) allows for some privacy or cozy and fun hangouts while playing a round of pool.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. There is a kitchen counter with 3 chairs to enjoy casual meals or get togethers. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the river.

Bedrooms:

This Villa has two master suites, one on the lower and one on the upper floor. The other 3 guest bedrooms are on the lower floor. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. 

• Master suite 1 (upper floor) with a king-size bed. This big and relaxing suite is great to unwind and enjoy the picture-perfect view of the river. This room allows for lots of privacy and has direct access to the balcony.
• Master suite 2 (lower floor) with a king-size bed has direct access to the pool area. This spacious suite is the perfect retreat and a great place to relax and unwind.
• Guest rooms 1 and 2 each have a queen-size bed.
• Guest room 3 has a king-size bed and direct access to the pool area.

Bathroom:

• The two master suits both have a large en-suite bathroom with each a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
• Two of the guestrooms each have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bathroom in bedroom 3 can be accessed from the pool as well.
• The bathroom from guestroom 2 is located in the hallway right next to the bedroom and also has a walk-in shower.
• An additional bathroom with walk-in shower is on the upper floor.

Office:

There is a small office table in one of the guest bedrooms, where you can do your work if necessary.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai, balcony, and outdoor area:

Villa Grand River has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The extra-large screen fields create an unobstructed view. The covered pool area provides a dining table for 8 people, a cozy lounge corner and hammock chair, 4 lounge chairs, and a BBQ-grill. You can also unwind on the lounge furniture on the upper balcony. There are also an electrically heated Pool and Spa to relax fully. The dock is great to enjoy the relaxing Florida lifestyle and for a fun fishing experience.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Grand River is a riverfront property and an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour. From your own dock, you have direct access to the Gulf of America. The dock and lift can be used for the boats we rent or your own boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa Grand River is located in the charming southeast of Cape Coral directly on the Caloosahatchee River. The sandy beach of the Yacht Club is just walking distance away. The Cape Coral bridge to get to Fort Myers is only minutes away. Restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity. This house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, however, downtown is not far and invites for some dancing and live music if you wish.
