Villa Azzuri – the name “Azzuri” refers to the color blue. The house exhibits all kinds of different blue hues within its accessories and decorations. The color blue symbolizes the water and the sky, which is why you will feel in paradise when you enter the house. The villa is located in the beautiful and popular southwest area of Cape Coral and very central to everything.

Villa Azzuri is a very modern house inside and out, which makes you feel at home. The elegant style makes the villa a luxurious vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you walk into the open living room with high ceilings and a view of the pool area and the canal, you will feel relaxed and ready to unwind. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and seamlessly connect the inside and outside.

This exceptional property was built on a south facing lot. You can enjoy the sun all day but have the option to get shade under the covered outside areas.

This exclusive property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture. Tasteful accessories and wall-art complement the luxurious ambience.

Kitchen:

The luxurious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a chef’s island, and an extra-large breakfast bar for 3 people leaves nothing to be desired. Further within this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people.

Bedrooms:

Two Master-suites, one on each side of the pool area offer luxurious privacy. All bedrooms were individually designed. The decoration and accessories have been adapted to the different blue hues of each room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV.

• Master-suite 1 with king-size bed - this large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Master-suite 2 with king-size bed- this suite is a great tranquil place to unwind. From here you will also have direct access to the pool.
• Guest room 1 with queen-size bed.
• Guest room 2 with queen-size bed.

Bathrooms:

Both Master-suites have an en-suite bath with walk-in shower and 2 vanity sinks. Master-suite 1, additionally, has a soaking tub. The guestrooms also each have their own bathroom with walk-in shower. A powder bath, accessible from the pool area, is available as well.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

The large outdoor area is remarkable. The extra-large screen fields, which are used as a mosquito repellent, allow an unobstructed view of the beautiful wide canal. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day or relax on the big lounge furniture in the shaded lanai and on a cozy lounge-bed. The electrically heated pool and spa have a saltwater system, which makes the water soft but leaves no film on the skin and doesn’t burn in the eyes. The spacious covered area has a chef’s summer kitchen with a grill and a counter for 3 people. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly and enjoy it on the outside dining table for 8 people. There are also a large TV and an electric fireplace (not heatable) for you to enjoy. Infrared heaters for the few colder nights leave nothing to be desired.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Azzuri is an ideal starting point for a boat or paddleboat tour through the many canals of Cape Coral. The boat dock (no lift) can be used for your own or rented boat. You will enjoy direct access to the Gulf of America. A tiki with seating and additional lounge chairs on the dock offer places for you to relax and experience the laid-back Florida lifestyle at its finest!

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marina are not far and offer shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and live music on certain nights of the week.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Sonos system is available for background music and for even more fun while watching TV. The circular driveway is very convenient. For more entertainment, you will find free Netflix and a PS4 game console.
