The open living area was furnished with furniture specially designed for this house from Europe paired with designer furniture from Florida. Tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with the specially designed dining table for 6 people and a view onto the beautiful nature and the spreader canal

Bedroom:

All bedrooms were individually designed in the same color tones of the house. High quality bed linen from Z Gallerie were also used. The pictures and accessories have been adapted to the colors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

• Master suite 1 with king-size bed (1^st floor) This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The bed was designed with a unique view onto the spreader channel.
• Mastersuite 2 with king-size bed (2^nd floor) from this large suite with private bathroom you have fantastic views onto the spreader canal and the mangroves. From here you have access to the large balcony and access to a private small balcony. The bed was designed with a unique view onto the spreader channel.

Bathroom:

The two master bedrooms have their own large bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and rain shower. The two guest bathrooms are directly ensuite and are accessible from the bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials. There is also a guest toilet outside (Pool/Patio area).

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Upstairs / Game Room:

A staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you have a view onto the mangroves and the water. There is also the game room with a billiard table and a seating area. Villa Platinum has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. Another effective mosquito repellent is achieved by a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and has a biological effect. This system also works against the annoying "No See Ums" mosquitoes that get through the mesh of a screen. These systems are already being used successfully in the large amusement parks.

The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the west orientation of the pool area you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The electrically and solar heated pool with salt system (no salt film on the skin, only softer water) leaves nothing to be desired. The large covered area spoils with a summer kitchen with grill and griddle. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also a large TV and an electric fireplace (not heatable) available. Also especially for the cooler days you find installed infrared radiant heaters.

Villa Platinum is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals.

Villa Platinum is located in Peninsula Point (SW 28th Place), one of the most expensive streets in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on the Spreader Canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars and restaurants.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules). A Sonos system rounds is available for background music. The house has a charging outlet for electric cars in the garage.
