Villa Bliss – the name means “great joy or happiness”, which you will feel in the moment you enter the house.  Villa Bliss is a spacious Villa and ideal for your family vacation. The Villa is located in the desired southwest area of Cape Coral - at an intersection on the Pickwick Canal near the River. The Caloosahatchee River can be reached in less than 5 minutes. 

The house is modern but serene and reflects the laid-back Florida lifestyle. 

This property was built on a southwest facing lot and you can enjoy the sunrise and the Florida sunshine all day.

The house is exclusively furnished and offers everything you need for a great vacation. The open living area and the blissful outdoor area invite you to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area with very high ceilings was furnished with high quality furniture and complementing accessories. This vacation home presents itself on two levels with 4000 Sqft of pure living space.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped and makes cooking a fun experience. There is a kitchen island and, additionally, a breakfast counter for 2 people. Further, in this beautiful floorplan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people.

Bedrooms:

Two master suites, one on each level of the home, provide enough privacy for everybody.

Every bedroom has its own bathroom and its own TV.

• Master suite 1 (downstairs) with king-size bed has direct access to the pool area.
• Master suite 2 (upstairs) with king-size bed has fantastic views of the water.
• Guest room 1 (downstairs) with king-size bed.
• Guest room 2 (downstairs) with two twin-size beds.

Bathrooms:

• Master suite 1 (downstairs) has its own large bathroom with bathtub, large walk-in shower and two sinks.
• Master suite 2 (upstairs) also has a walk-in shower and two sinks.
• The other two bedrooms also have their own bathroom each with walk-in showers.
• A separate powder bath is available for guests.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A printer is also available (cartridges must be replaced if necessary).

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Bliss has no screen. Instead, an effective mosquito repellent is achieved by a state-of-the-art mosquito defense system, which is harmless and biologically effective. This system also works against the annoying "No See Ums" mosquitoes, which get through the mesh of a screen. These systems are already successfully used in large theme parks. Additionally, there is a mosquito roll down shutter for the patio area. The outdoor area impresses with its spaciousness, serenity, and amazing view of the water. The extra-large swimming pool (infinity edge) with salt-water system (no salt film on the skin, only softer water) invites to have a lot of fun. The jacuzzi allows you to unwind. Both the pool and the jacuzzi can be heated electrically. The pool area is equipped with a pool parental control. You will also find a modern outdoor shower. The large covered area provides with a summer kitchen – here you can prepare your fresh catch directly. At the outdoor dining table for 8 people, you can enjoy your meals or play games. There are also a nice modern lounge corner to relax and 8 cozy sun loungers to take a nap or read a book.  Furthermore, on the big balcony you find a big cozy lounger and a pool table for entertainment.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Bliss is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. The boat dock (no lift) is available for you to dock your own or rented boat.

A Tiki with seating facilities is an idyllic place for relaxing, fishing or a sundowner.

Location of the villa:

Villa Bliss is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on a beautiful canal. Stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. Rotary Park is only minutes away and is a great place to walk or let the children play at the playground – a butterfly and nature garden await you in the park. The elegant Tarpon Point Marina is within easy reach and features restaurants, bars, shops and a spa.

W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. All rooms are equipped with large 3D HD TVs. A sound system and a 3D Blue Ray player are available. A central audio system allows sound throughout the house and outise - and can be connected to a docking station, PC, tablet or smartphone. Valuables can be deposited in two safes. A Nespresso Machine is available for you to use (please bring your own capsules – original line).
