Villa Crystal Blue

Villa Crystal Blue was completed in 2021 and offers a modern, elegant and yet cozy living atmosphere with an awesome view on a canal intersection. The villa is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area in the exclusive southwest of Cape Coral with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Due to its location, you will enjoy fantastic sunsets on the lanai and pool deck in the evening. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops and the popular Cape Harbor Marina are nearby.

This vacation home, is built and equipped according to the latest guidelines, has a spacious pool deck which extends beyond the width of the house. It offers six sun lounges and an outdoor hot water shower. The long and wide pool (42' x 15') invites to take extensive swims. The pool and spa feature a salt system which is particularly low in chlorine and helps preventing allergies.  After sunset, the LED multi-color pool lighting impresses with different light programs and creates a unique atmosphere.

The oversized lanai offers three entertainment areas: a lounge area with a 65" Smart TV and Sonos speaker system, a summer kitchen with a high-quality grill and a granite counter, and a dining area for six people. Ceiling fans offer a light breeze and electric roll down shutters provide shade on the lanai if preferred.

The spacious living area has an open design with high ceilings and includes a luxurious, fully equipped kitchen (i.a. an induction range) with a large kitchen island and a dining area for six people. The living area has a comfortable leather couch, a 75" Smart TV and a Sonos speaker system. To use this system please download the Sonos app on your cell phone or tablet. The sliding doors to the lanai open completely and connect the indoor with the outdoor. 

Villa Crystal Blue has three separate, comfortably furnished bedrooms with each having its  own bathroom. Two bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck and one bathroom has access from the lanai and can be used as a pool bath. All bedrooms have king-size beds, 55'' Smart TVs, two USB ports and ceiling fans. In every bathroom, hot water is always available without delay.

Highspeed WiFi can be used in all rooms as well as on the complete pool deck. The house is tiled throughout and therefore allergy-friendly.

A spacious two car garage is available for guests.

Villa Crystal Blue have now a dock for your boat and a Kayak launch. The dock platform offers a panoramic view of the canal intersection and invites to fish.
