The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen & dining area:

The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler and an extra-large breakfast bar for 4 people. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people.

Bedroom:

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. It also has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with walk in shower and two sink vanities.
• Guest suite with king-size bed is also equipped with a private shower, this one can also be used as a pool bathroom.

The master bedroom and guest suite have their own large bathrooms with walk-in shower. Master bathroom has a bathtub as well. The second and third guest bathroom also have a walk-in shower.

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The electric heated pool is over 27 ft long and up to 5.6 ft deep. The large pool area has space for sunbathing and a covered area for dining and lounge. The west-facing terrace has sun until sunset. The picture frame cage protects against mosquitoes. The covered area spoils with a summer kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly.

Waterfront and Tiki:

The Tiki Hut invites you to relax in the evening on the water and have a sundowner.

Location of the villa:

The Villa Del Sol is in the southwest area of Cape Coral right on a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Shops and supermarkets are close. The elegant Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marinas are easily accessible and have shops, bars, and restaurants.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Sonos system rounds is available for background music.
