Villa Style is an extravagant Miami -Style Villa built in 2019 that makes you feel at home. The contemporary style makes the villa an elegant and luxurious vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the elegant, large living room with high ceilings and a view onto the water, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and seamlessly connect the inside and outside

This exceptional property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun until sunset.

The house is modern, exclusive, elegant and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy. The balcony on the upper floor also invites you to a sundowner.

The open living area was furnished with designer furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a huge dining table for 8 people and a view onto the Placentia canal.

Bedroom:

All bedrooms were individually designed in the different color tones that reflect the style of the house. The pictures and accessories have been adapted to the colors.

• Master suite 1 (own bathroom) with king-size bed (1^st floor) This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite 1 with king-size bed (2^nd floor) from this large suite you have fantastic views onto the canal. From here you have access to the balcony. This bedroom shares a large bathroom with suite 2.
• Guest suite 2 with king-size bed (2^nd floor), this bedroom shares a large bathroom with suite 1.
• Guest suite 3 with king-size bed (1st floor), this bedroom shares a bathroom with suite 4
• Guest suite 4 with king-size bed (1st floor), this bedroom shares a bathroom with suite 3

Bathroom:

The master bathroom has walk-in shower and bathtub. The upstairs bathroom is large with walk-in

Shower and freestanding cabinets .The downstairs guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials.

Additional there a 4 bathroom useable as pool bathroom and guest bathroom.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Style has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent.

The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The electrically heated pool with salt system (no salt film on the skin, only softer water) leaves nothing to be desired. The large covered area spoils with a summer kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also a large TV and an electric firepit available.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Style is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals.

Location of the villa:

Villa Style is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral, one of the most expensive areas. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules). A sound system with a central audio system   for background music.
