Villa Style – as the name states, here you vacation in style. This is an extravagant Miami-Style Villa, which makes you feel at home. The contemporary style makes the Villa an elegant and luxurious vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the elegant and large living room with high ceilings and a view of the water, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

This exceptional property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun until sunset.

The house is modern, exclusive, elegant and has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with designer furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience.

Kitchen:

The spacious and modern kitchen was specially designed for this Villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters and a kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a big dining table for 8 people and a view of the beautiful Placentia canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms were individually designed in different color tones that reflect the style of the modern house. The pictures and accessories have been adapted to the colors of the rooms. All three rooms are spacious and have a king-size bed and flat-screen TV.

• Master Suite 1 has an en-suite bathroom. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest Suite 1 also has an en-suite bathroom. This room also has direct access to the pool. A lounge chair provides an additional place to relax and unwind.
• Guest suite 2 has its own bathroom, which can be used as a pool bath. The room has a desk available, so that you can do your work undisturbed (if necessary).

Bathrooms:

All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials.

• The Master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub.
• The Guest suite 1 bathroom is en-suite and has a walk-in shower.
• The Guest Suite 2 bathroom is also accessible from the pool.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils. A sink is available for your convenience.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Style has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The extra-large screen fields offer an unobstructed view of the beautiful canal. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The electrically heated pool and spa with salt system (no salt film on the skin, only softer water) leave nothing to be desired. The large covered area provides a summer kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly, and enjoy it on the outdoor dining table for 9 people. Sunbeds and an umbrella for you to relax are right by the pool. There is also a large TV and an electric firepit available for cozy memorable nights.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Style is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock, you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. You can secure one of our rental boats or your own boat on the available dock. The lift is not available for guests. Villa Style has a Tiki with 4 chairs, here you can enjoy the laid back Florida lifestyle.

Location of the villa:

Villa Style is located in the popular southwest area of Cape Coral, one of the most expensive areas. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars, restaurants, and live music on certain nights of the week.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules – original line). There is a sound system with a central audio system for background music available.
