Villa Antares - the name means “Largest and most Luminous Star”. The Villa is just as special as that. Villa Antares is located in the exclusive southwest of Cape Coral on Sands Blvd.

The house is contemporary and was built in 2024. The modern style outside and the tasteful style inside make the villa an elegant and luxurious vacation destination for the entire family.

As soon as you enter the large living room with high ceilings and a view of the canal, you will feel a home. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and seamlessly connect the inside and outside.

This exceptional property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun for many hours of the day and watch beautiful sunsets right from your own terrace.

Villa Antares is exclusive and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large outside area are places to unwind and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, modern accessories and pictures complement the contemporary ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specifically designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters and a kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful Placentia canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms have been designed with harmonious colors. The wall-art and the accessories have been adapted to these colors. The indirect lighting brings a calming atmosphere.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom and own TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite with king-size bed. This suite, with private bathroom, pampers with fantastic views of the canal.
• Guest room 3 also has a king-size bed.

Bathrooms:

The master bedroom and guest suite have their own large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master bathroom has an additional bathtub. The guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a guest powder bath, also useable as a pool bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Antares has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The oversized pool with spa is electric and solar heated and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area has a summer kitchen with a grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. The entertainment wall with an extra-large TV and electric fireplace creates a very cozy atmosphere.

Waterfront and dock:

Villa Antares is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. Both the lift and dock of the house can be used for the boats we rent out. From here, you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America.

Location of the villa:

Villa Antares is located on Sands Blvd., one of the most expensive streets in the popular southwest of Cape Coral, directly on the Placentia canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and live music on certain nights of the week.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules - original line). A Sonos system is available for background music. You will find a charging socket in the garage for your electric vehicle!
