This exceptional property was built on a south facing oversized lot. You can enjoy the perfect amount of sunshine and shade throughout the day.

The house is modern and exclusive and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to unwind and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, stylish accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view onto the beautiful pool area and canal.

Bedroom:

All bedrooms have been designed with harmonious colors. The pictures and the accessories have been adapted to the colors. The indirect lighting creates a cozy atmosphere.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax and enjoy the water view.
• Guest suite with king-size bed. From this suite with private bathroom, you also have fantastic views onto the canal and direct access to the pool area.
• Guest room 3 also has a king-size bed

Bathroom:

The master bedroom and guest suite have their own large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master bathroom has a bathtub as well as an electric fire feature. The third guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is also a guest powder bath, also useable as pool bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa River Escape has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area astonishes with its size. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture in the afternoons. The oversized infinity pool with spa is electric heated and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area offers a summer kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also an entertainment wall with TV and electric fire feature available right by the pool.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa River Escape is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or in the river and the Cape Coral Yacht Club. The lift of the house can be used for the boats we rent.

Location of the villa:

Villa River Escape is located near Rotary Park and Tarpon Point, one of the most requested and central areas in the popular southwest of Cape Coral. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Tarpon Point is easily accessible by bike or foot and has shops, bars and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line). A Sonos system rounds is available for background music.
