Villa Atlantis - The villa is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral.

Villa Atlantis is an extravagant villa built in 2023 that makes you feel at home. The modern style from the outside and inside makes the villa an elegant and luxurious vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the elegant, large living room with high ceilings and a view onto the pool area and the canal, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and seamlessly connect the inside and outside.

This exceptional property was built on a southeast facing lot. You can enjoy the sunrise and the sun most of the day.

The house is modern, exclusive, elegant and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture. Tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience. The TV wall with indirect LED lightning and an electric fire place makes you feel cozy and relaxed.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specially designed for this home and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 2 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with the dining table for 6 people.

Bedroom:

All bedrooms were individually designed. The pictures and accessories have been adapted to the colors. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

• Master suite 1 with king-size bed - This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.

• Guest room 2 with two twin-sized beds

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, and rain shower. One of the two guest bathrooms is directly ensuite and is accessible from the bedroom. The third bathroom is next to the twin bedroom and can be used as powder bath as well. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials. There is also a guest toilet outside (Pool/Patio area).

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

The separate office is located with a view to the pool area and the canal, here you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

The outdoor area impresses with its size. The lanai area has an effective state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and has a biological effect. This system also works against the annoying "No See Ums" and mosquitoes. These systems are already being used successfully in the large amusement parks. Due to the southeast orientation of the pool area you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The electrically heated pool leaves nothing to be desired. The pool has additional seats in the water and space for two in-water-sun loungers. The large covered area spoils with a summer kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. There is also a large TV and an electric fireplace (not heatable) available. The indirect LED lights making the perfect ambience at night.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Atlantis is an ideal starting point for a boat you can reach the Caloosahatchee River without any lock. The dock also has a tiki to relax during the day or in the evening on the canal.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor and Tarpon Point Marina are easily accessible by bike and has shops, bars and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules). A Sonos system rounds is available for background music.
