As soon as you enter the elegant and large living room with high ceilings and a spectacular view of the water, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

This exceptional property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun until sunset.

The house is modern, exclusive, elegant and has everything you need for a perfect vacation.

The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with designer furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specifically designed for this villa and is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking. In addition, the open kitchen has quartz counters and a kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Also in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a beautiful water view of the canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are designed beautifully. The modern decoration and high-quality furniture complement the rooms. The indirect lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and own TV.

• Master-Suite with king-size bed. The big and elegant suite offers direct access to the pool and is the perfect place to relax inside while enjoying the spectacular water view.
• Guest-Suite with king-size bed. This suite also offers direct access to the pool and has an amazing water view.
• Guestroom 2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and invites you to relax and unwind.

Bathrooms:

All bedrooms have their own large bathrooms with walk-in showers. The master bathroom has an additional bathtub to unwind. There is also a guest powder bath, accessible from the pool area.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine, a corresponding dryer, ironing equipment, and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A modern and comfortable sofa is available to relax and take a break.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Stellaris has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The large screen fields allow an undisturbed view of the canal. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The oversized infinity pool with spa is electric and solar heated and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area offers a summer kitchen with a grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly and enjoy it on the dining table for 6 people. Also, there is an entertainment wall with an oversized TV and electric fireplace. Next to the pool is a fire feature to illuminate the night.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Stellaris is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock, you have direct access to the Gulf of America. You can secure one of our rental boats or your own boat on the available dock. The lift is not available at this point of time.

Location of the villa:

Villa Stellaris is located in the popular southwest area of Cape Coral, one of the most expensive areas. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful and historic Matlacha, as well as the new Crystal Lake Park, and the amazing Charlotte Harbor Preserve (here you can walk to the ocean and observe Florida’s wildlife) are easily and quickly accessible.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules – original line). There is a sound system to enjoy your favorite music. There is a pool alarm to keep your children safe.
