Villa Jacky is located in the exclusive southwest area of Cape Coral in a quiet residential area directly on the Alcyone Canal with direct Gulf access (no locks). From here you have a fantastic view of Finisterre Lake.

As soon as you enter the large living room with high ceilings and a view onto the water, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and seamlessly connect the inside and outside

The house is warm and exclusively furnished and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large terrace area invite you to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the beach style ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 6 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and a breackfast nook for 4 peole and a view onto the beautiful Alcyone canal.

Bedroom:

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite with queen-size bed. From this suite, you have fantastic views onto the canal.
• Guest room 3 has a king-size bed

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has it’s own large bathrooms with walk-in shower and bathtub as well. The second guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and is also useable as pool bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Jacky has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida the complete day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The large pool is electric heated and leaves nothing to be desired. There is a BBQ grill to prepare the fresh catch directly.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Jacky is an ideal starting point for a boat tour (no lock just one bridge) or a paddle tour through the many canals. The lift of the house can be used for the boats we rent.

Villa Jacky is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on the Alcyone Canal with a view of the expansive Finisterre Lake. Stores and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbour Marina is easily accessible by bike and offers stores, bars and restaurants.
