Villa Jacky – this charming vacation rental is located in the exclusive southwest area of Cape Coral in a quiet residential area and directly on the Alcyone Canal with direct Gulf access. From here you have a fantastic view of the Finisterre Lake.

Villa Jacky is a Key West style home built in 2013, which makes you feel at home. The unique Key West style from the outside and the warm and cozy beach style inside make the villa the perfect vacation destination. 

As soon as you enter the large living room with high ceilings and a view of the water, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

This fascinating property was built on a south facing lot and you can enjoy the sun all day until sunset.

The house is exclusively furnished and offers everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large outside area invite you to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures are complementing the beach style ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters and a kitchen breakfast bar for 6 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and a breakfast nook for 4 people. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Alcyone canal while sitting at the dining table.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite with queen-size bed. From this suite, you have fantastic views of the canal.
• Guest room 3 has a king-size bed.

Bathroom:

• The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
• The second bathroom also has a walk-in shower and can be used as a pool bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer. It has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils available.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Jacky has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun all day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The large pool is electric heated and leaves nothing to be desired. There is a BBQ grill to prepare the fresh catch directly.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Jacky is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Cape Coral. The dock and lift can be used for the boats we rent or for your own boat. From here you have direct access to the Gulf of America. The tiki creates the complete Florida lifestyle adventure.

Location of the villa:

Villa Jacky is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral - directly on the Alcyone Canal with a view of the expansive Finisterre Lake. Stores and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbour Marina is easily accessible by bike and offers shops, bars and restaurants. On certain nights of the week you can enjoy live music at the Cape Harbor Marina.
