The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, beachy accessories and pictures complement the tropical ambience. A pool- and air hockey-table invite for some fun game nights.

Kitchen:

The open and welcoming kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped. This kitchen makes cooking fun. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, and a kitchen breakfast bar for 3 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful mangroves. The dining area also has direct access to the pool area just by opening the sliding doors.

Bedroom:

The bedrooms have been designed very tropical and cozy. All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality furniture and creative decoration. The individual and warm colors of the rooms complement the welcoming atmosphere of the villa. 

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and comfortable suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The view of the mangroves has a very calming effect. The master-suit has its own big bathroom and an office space.

Bathroom:

The master-suit has its own bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a big bathtub. The upstairs also has a bathroom with walk-in shower, and the downstairs offers an extra guest-bath (powder bath).

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the master-suit is a nice office space, where you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Mangrove View has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its fantastic view. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai in the lounge furniture. The infinity pool with Spa is heated electrically and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area offers a dining table for 6 people and an outdoor kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Mangrove View is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. The villa offers a boat lift and 2 kayaks to use.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. The living-area is equipped with a pool-table and air hockey-table for entertainment at home.
