As soon as you enter the large and bright living room with extra high ceilings and a fantastic view of the water and mangroves, you are in vacation-mode. The sliding doors to the patio bring a lot of daylight and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

This exceptional property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun for most of the day or steal some shade if desired.

The house is very inviting and cozy and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to unwind and enjoy.

The open and welcoming kitchen was specially designed for this villa and is fully equipped. In this kitchen cooking is a lot of fun. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, and a kitchen breakfast bar for 3 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful mangroves. The dining area also has direct access to the pool area just by opening the sliding doors.

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms are nice and cozy. All bedrooms are furnished with high-quality furniture and creative decorations. The individual and warm colors of the rooms complement the welcoming atmosphere of the villa. 

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and comfortable suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The view of the mangroves has a very calming effect. The master-suit has its own big bathroom and office space.
• Guest suite with king-size bed.
• Guest room 2 with king-size bed.
• Guest room 3 with king-size bed.

Bathrooms:

• The master suite has its own bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a big bathtub.
• The upper floor also has a bathroom with walk-in shower.
• The downstairs offers an additional guest bath (powder bath).

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

There is a nice office space in the master suite, where you can do your work undisturbed (if necessary).

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Mangrove View has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its fantastic view. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The infinity pool with Spa can be heated electrically and leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area offers a dining table for 6 people and an outdoor kitchen with grill. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Mangrove View is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. The villa offers a boat lift and 2 kayaks to use. From here you have direct access to the Gulf of America.

Villa Mangrove View is located in a quiet and luxurious neighborhood off Sands Blvd. – one of the most expensive streets in the popular southwest of Cape Coral. Shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The villa offers bikes to go on a nice bike ride and get to know the magnificent neighborhood. The Cape Coral Harbor Marina can be reached by foot or bike and offers nice restaurant, bars, botiques, and live-music on certain nights of the week.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. The living-area is equipped with a pool table and air-hockey table for fun and entertainment at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine available to start the mornings right (please bring your own K-cups).
