Villa Change of Life is located in the southwestern area of Cape Coral. It is very close to the Tarpon Point Marina for great and elegant dining options and spectacular sunsets. Also, just a walk or bike-ride away is Rotary Park – excellent for a stroll through the park and a fun playground for our youngest guests. Other shops and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity.

The Villa with its classic style makes you feel at home and is an inviting vacation destination for the whole family. You will feel at home right after you enter the living room with an open view onto the pool area and Bimini Canal. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

The house was built on a nice waterfront lot with eastern exposure. You can enjoy beautiful sunrises and have a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day.

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the patio area are perfect places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with tasteful accessories and pictures complementing the pleasant ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen for this villa is fully equipped to delight every cook. You have a breakfast counter with space for 3 people. Also connected to the kitchen is the open dining area with a dining table for 6 people.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite with a king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The bedroom is equipped with a TV. A separate open space offers a table and chair to be used as an office or make-up table.
• Guest room 1 with a king-size bed also with a TV.
  
  • Guest room 2 with two twin size beds.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a big shower. The second bathroom with a shower, is shared by the two guest bedrooms.

Laundry:

The huge functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa Change of Life has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The pool and spa right by the Bimini Canal is a wonderful retreat. The covered area holds a dining table for 6 people. You also have sun loungers to relax and an outside TV for movie nights or sports games while enjoying the pool and a cold drink.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Change of Life is equipped with a boat dock (lift is not usable). The house is not only on the Bimini Canal but has direct and nearby access to the Gulf of Mexico.
