The open living area is furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and wall art complementing the relaxing ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking and entertaining. In addition, the kitchen and spacious floor plan open up to the dining area with a nice dining table for up to 8 people and an impressive view of the canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are designed with good taste. The well-chosen decoration and high-quality furniture complementing the rooms. Every room has its own TV.

• Master-Suite with king-size bed. The spacious and elegant suite offers direct access to the pool area and is the perfect place to rest inside while still enjoying the water view.
• Guest-Suite with king-size bed. This suite is another cozy room with direct pool access.
• Guestroom 2 is furnished with a queen-size bed and invites you to relax and unwind.
•  Guestroom 3 also offers a queen-size bed and is a cozy place for a short break and     good night sleep.

Bathrooms:

The Master-Suite has its own bathroom with both a bathtub and large walk-in shower. You can access the pool area from this bathroom.

The Guest Suite also has its own bathroom with a big walk-in shower.

Guestroom 2 and guestroom 3 share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine, a corresponding dryer, ironing equipment, and cleaning utensils.

 Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Blue Allure has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its view. Due to the east orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the sunrise daily and enjoy the sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai later in the afternoon. The nice sized pool is electric heated and is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. The covered area offers a dining table for up to 8 people, a fridge for cold drinks, and a sink. Villa Blue Allure has 4 lounge-chairs to sit back and read a book or close your eyes while enjoying the warm sun.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Blue Allure has direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. It is the ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water. You can reach the river and Yacht Club within just a few minutes from your own dock. The dock (the lift can’t be used) can be used by you for the boats we rent or for your own boat.

Villa Blue Allure is located in one of the most desired areas of Cape Coral. The villa is directly on a beautiful canal right by the Caloosahatchee River. The Yacht Club area is perfect for walks and bike rides. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Numerous restaurants are nearby for you to enjoy delicious food. The bridge to Ft Myers can be reached within minutes.

All rooms are equipped with HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Keurig machine is also available (please bring your own K-cups).
