Villa Green Adventure – the name describes the Villa perfectly.  The house is not only surrounded by beautiful green nature but utilizes it purposefully for renewable energy. We find ourselves responsible to do everything we possibly can to protect our beautiful earth from the climate change – which is why this vacation home utilizes renewable energy and the newest technology in the best way possible - to provide you with a beautiful and green adventure. Special air- and water-filters, and 3 separate air conditionings are also part of what makes this home an exceptional vacation spot- you will breathe the freshest air and you can drink water directly from the faucet.   The designers of this breathtaking place used elements and decoration to bring the outdoors inside the house. A lot of big windows and sliding doors throughout the house let you indulge in beautiful views of the water and green mangroves - and they allow lots of daylight to enter the house.  The Villa is located in the desired southwest area of Cape Coral – directly on the popular Old Burnt Store Road on the north spreader.

As soon as you enter the Villa, you will feel at home. The uniquely decorated place creates a very comforting atmosphere. The electric fireplace complements that atmosphere.

This fascinating property was built on a west facing lot and you can enjoy astounding sunsets. The sun can be enjoyed many hours of the day with the opportunity of some shade as well.

The house is exclusively furnished and offers everything you need for a great vacation. The open living area and the charming outdoor area invite you to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area with very high ceilings was furnished with high quality furniture and accessories. The decorations complement the nature style ambience. German, Swiss, and Austrian TV channels are available to watch on all TVs.

Kitchen:

The big open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. The Bosch appliances leave nothing to be desired. There is a breakfast counter for 3 people. Further, in this beautiful floorplan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and remarkable wall art.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are decorated with unique wall art and are perfect to unwind.                                         Two Master suites, one on each floor, allow for a lot of privacy.                                                                             Every room has direct access to either the pool area or the balcony.

• Master suite 1 (upstairs) with king-size bed. This large suite has direct access to the balcony and is an ideal place to relax. The view of the water and mangroves are an exceptional retreat.  The room has its own smart TV and large bathroom.
• Master Suite 2 (downstairs) with king-size bed, own bathroom, and direct access to the pool area. This beautiful suite also guarantees a place to unwind and enjoy a beautiful view of the water or relax watching some TV.
• The 2 guestrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs) each have a king-size bed, a smart TV, and their own en-suite bathroom.

Bathrooms:

• Both master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) have their own large bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and a bathtub.
• The 2 en-suite bathrooms each have a walk-in shower.
• There is a separate powder room for guests.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Green Adventure has a screen with extra-large screen fields, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with its unobstructed view of the native mangroves and the spreader canal. Due to the west orientation of the pool area, balcony, and observation deck you can enjoy colorful sunsets and sunshine for several hours of the day - or relax in the shade in the afternoon. You can enjoy the Florida sun on the pool deck and observation deck or get some shade on the balcony and the lanai. The lounge chairs and lounge bed are great places for a nap or for reading a book. There is an outside TV for you to enjoy as well.  The big saltwater (no salt film on the skin, only softer water) infinity pool is both electric and solar heated and leaves nothing to be desired. There is an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill to prepare the fresh catch directly - and a table for 8 people to sit down and enjoy your meal outside.

Waterfront and boat dock:

Villa Green Adventure is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf. The boat dock and lift are available for you to dock your own or rented boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa Green Adventure is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on the beautiful north spreader. Stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity.  The charming Pine Island is only minutes away and offers the absolute island experience for dining, fishing, and relaxing. Several parks (with playgrounds, exercise equipment, and sport courts) are only minutes away – Joe Stonis Park, Tropicana Park, and Sirena Vista to name a few. The Coral Oaks golf course is awaiting you to unleash your golfing spirit.

W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Keurig and Nespresso machine are available (please bring your own capsules (original line). A water filter allows you to drink water directly from the faucet. A modern AC divides the house into different zones, which allows for individual temperature settings throughout the different rooms. Also, an air filter gives you the best air quality in the house. German, Swiss, and Austrian TV channels are available to watch.
