Villa White Crystal – a crystal symbolizes purity and perfection, which makes the Villa’s name the perfect fit. It is located in an exclusive neighborhood and cul-de-sac on the beautiful spreader canal in southwest Cape Coral.

Villa White Crystal is an extravagant two-story villa. The sleek style on the outside and the modern style on the inside make the villa an elegant and luxurious vacation destination for the whole family.

As soon as you enter the elegant and large living room with super high ceilings and a view of the spreader canal and mangroves, you will feel at home. The sliding doors to the patio open fully and seamlessly connect the inside and outside. The view is picture-perfect.

This exceptional property was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun until sunset with the option of finding some shade on the lanai or balcony to cool off. Astounding sunsets can be watched directly from the lanai and balcony.

The house is modern, exclusive, elegant and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the large patio area are places to relax and enjoy. The balcony on the upper floor also invites you to enjoy the exceptional view of beautiful nature.

Living area:

The open living area with high ceilings was furnished with designer furniture. Tasteful accessories and pictures complement the elegant ambience.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specifically designed for this villa and is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has a kitchen island for extra space to prepare or entertain. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a big designer dining table for 8 people. Here you can enjoy your meals with an amazing view of the wide spreader canal and native mangroves. A bar is available do mix some summer-drinks and indulge in the laid-back Florida lifestyle.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms were individually designed and offer a king-size bed and TV. There are two master-suites, one on each floor, which creates lots of privacy. The pictures and accessories have been adapted to the theme of each room. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

• Master suite 1 with king-size bed (1^st floor). This large and elegant castle-like suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The wall and ceiling art makes this room a special experience for our special guests.
• Master suite 2 with king-size bed (2^nd floor). From here, you have direct access to the balcony. This cozy room offers a breathtaking view of the spreader canal and mangroves. Also, the star ceiling allows for even more relaxation.
• Guest room 1 with king-size bed, tugged away from the living area for extra privacy (1^st floor).
• Guest room 2 with king-size bed, also tugged away from the entertainment room for extra privacy (2^nd floor).

Bathrooms:

The two master bedrooms have their own large bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. The master bathroom on the second floor has an additional free-standing bathtub. The two guest bathrooms with walk-in showers are directly ensuite and are accessible from the guest bedrooms. Additionally, there is a small powder bath for guests. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Upstairs / entertainment room:

A staircase leads to the upper floor. The upper living area is used as an entertainment room and is equipped with a pool table, a seating area with TV, and games. Access to the balcony is also possible from here.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa White Crystal does not have a screen, which creates an unobstructed view of the beautiful nature. Instead, there is an effective mosquito repellent by a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and has a biological effect. This system also works against the annoying "No See Ums" mosquitoes that get through the mesh of a screen. These systems are already being used successfully in large amusement parks.

The outdoor area impresses with its size and views. Due to the west orientation of the pool area you can enjoy the Florida sun most of the day and relax on the lounge furniture. The electrically heated pool and spa with salt system (no salt film on the skin and very soft water) leaves nothing to be desired. The covered area spoils with a summer kitchen, here you can prepare the fresh catch directly. A dining table for 8 people, to enjoy your meals outdoors or enjoy a game night, is also available.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa White Crystal is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America.

The dock also offers a nice fishing experience and allows you to sit in the sun and enjoy the laid-back Florida lifestyle. The dock and lift can be used for the boats we rent or for your own boat.

Location of the villa:

Villa White Crystal is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in the popular southwest of Cape Coral. It is located in one of the most desired and most expensive areas of Cape Coral - directly on the Spreader Canal. You can take nice walks or relaxing bike rides in the neighborhood. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is not far and offers restaurants, bars, delicious ice-cream, live-music, and cute little boutiques. A park with a walking path, tennis and pickle-ball courts, and a playground is walking distance.

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules). Bikes and helmets are available for your use. Do NOT charge electric cars on this property (fire-hazard).
