Villa Isabella - the perfect place to vacation in style. This astounding and brand-new Villa is located in the newer part of Cape Coral, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful areas of Cape Coral. It is located around modern Gulf access homes in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the new Crystal Lake Park and the Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park for a real Florida nature experience.

Living area:

The open living area with very high ceiling was furnished with high quality furniture, and elegant accessories and pictures are complementing the modern but charming ambience. The electric fireplace is perfect for cozy nights and leaves nothing to be desired.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped and was designed to delight every cook. The kitchen provides a kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further in this beautiful floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a bar, including an additional beverage refrigerator/wine cooler. You have a beautiful view of the canal when enjoying your meals.

Bedrooms:

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with tasteful and modern furniture and accessories. Every bedroom has its own flat-screen Smart TV and own bathroom. The rooms are designed for you to relax. 

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. It offers an enormous walkthrough closet.
• Guestroom 1 with king-size bed.
• Guestroom 2 with queen-size bed.

Bathrooms:

• The master bathroom has an extra-large walk-through shower and an additional freestanding bathtub.
• Guest bathroom 1 with walk-in shower.
• Guest bathroom 2 with walk-in shower, which is also accessible from the pool area.  

Laundry:

The functional laundry room with butler’s pantry was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Isabella has a cage, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with an electric heated saltwater pool (no tears just softer water) and nice summer kitchen with a refrigerator, grill, electric fireplace features, and bar for 4 people. There is an additional dining table for 6 people. An outside TV lets you enjoy your favorite sport teams or shows - the Florida way. You can relax on the lounge furniture by a cozy fire table. The east orientation of the pool offers bright morning sunlight and comfortable afternoon shade orientation. More seating can be found on the front porch, where you can find a high-top table for 4 people.

Waterfront, Dock and Lift:

Villa Isabella is located on a beautiful canal. Dock coming soon.

Location:

Villa Isabella is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It is surrounded by many new and modern homes and is close to parks and recreational activities. The house is also not very far from Punta Gorda, where you can enjoy Fishermen’s Village.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with flat screen smart TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line). You can challenge your family or friends at a round of table tennis and foosball table. A Nintendo Switch and several boardgames are also available.
