Villa Frizzante – the Villa just as fine as the Italian wine. This modern and chic house is located in the popular and beautiful southwest of Cape Coral. It is right on a Gulf access canal and treats you with the real Florida experience. Villa Frizzante is the perfect vacation destination for the entire family and leaves nothing to be desired.

Living area:

The open living area with high ceiling was furnished with high quality furniture, and modern accessories and pictures are complementing the chic ambience. A big reclining couch and reclining chair help you relax. Colorful wall art and lots of daylight is what makes this place feel so happy.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped and was designed to delight every cook. The kitchen provides a big kitchen counter for lots of counterspace to prepare and host. Further in this beautiful floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and an astounding view of the canal.

Bedrooms:

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with tasteful and modern furniture and accessories. They are bright and joyful. Every bedroom has its own flat-screen Smart TV and own bathroom. The rooms are ideal for unwinding. 

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. It offers two walk-in closets.
• Guestroom 1 with king-size bed and amazing wall art. This room has direct access to the pool as well.
• Guestroom 2 with king-size bed and an exquisite color-combination. This room is also ideal for relaxing.

Bathrooms:

• The elegant master bathroom has an extra-large walk-in shower and an additional freestanding bathtub.
• Guest bathroom 1 with walk-in shower.
• Guest bathroom 2 with walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the pool area.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A large desk and modern sleeping couch match the beautiful wall art and inspire your creativity. The office can be used as an additional bedroom. Two monitors and a docking station is available for your convenience.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Frizzante has a cage, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The cage has extra-large screen-fields for an undisturbed view of the beautiful canal. The outdoor area impresses with an electric heated saltwater pool and spa (no tears just softer water) and a pool-shower. A nice summer kitchen with a refrigerator and grill let you experience the real Florida lifestyle. There is an additional dining table for 6 people. An outside TV leaves nothing to be desired. You can relax on the lounge chairs or sit comfortably by a cozy fire table. The south orientation of the pool offers you sun all day. More seating can be found on the dock – here you can relax right by the canal.

Waterfront, Dock and Lift:

Villa Frizzante is located on a beautiful canal with direct gulf access. The Villa has a big dock and lift, which you can use for the boats we rent or your own boat. You can also paddle through the many canals on a Kayak.

Location:

Villa Frizzante is located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars are in close proximity, which makes it a very popular and convenient location. The Cape Coral Harbor Marina is not far, and invites for a fun night out. Here you find exceptional restaurants with amazing views, fun bars, and live music on certain nights of the week.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules - original line). A music sound system lets you play your favorite music so you can feel at home. Two Kayaks are available for you to use. You can easily fit two cars in the garage. The garage is equipped with dumbbells, so you can stay fit and healthy even on vacation.
