Villa She Crab – this beautiful Villa demonstrates warm and comforting colors like the sunrise or sunset. The modern and elegant house is located in the popular and beautiful southwest of Cape Coral. It is directly on a Gulf access canal, which leaves nothing to be desired. Villa She Crab is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Living area:

The open and bright living area with high ceilings was furnished with modern and high-quality furniture, and chic accessories and pictures are complementing the modern ambience. The large sliding doors can be opened completely and connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped and was designed to delight every cook. The kitchen provides a big kitchen island counter for lots of counterspace to prepare and host. There is space for 4 people to enjoy a meal or drink at the counter. Further in this beautiful floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 8 people and an amazing view of the canal. The dining area sliding doors open completely to the outside area.

Bedrooms:

All 3 bedrooms are furnished with high-quality and modern furnitures and accessories. They are bright and calming. Every bedroom has its own flat-screen Smart TV and own bathroom. 

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guestroom 1 with king-size bed.
• Guestroom 2 with king-size bed.

Bathrooms:

• The large master bathroom has a large walk-through shower and an additional freestanding bathtub.
• Guest bathroom 1 with walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool area.
• Guest bathroom 2 with walk-in shower.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils. There is a sink and extra storage cabinets for your convenience.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A desk and cozy sleeping couch can be found in this room, which matches the warm atmosphere of the rest of the house. The office can be used as an additional bedroom.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa She Crab has a cage, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses with a nice outside kitchen with grill and fridge, comfortable lounge furniture, and a dining table for 8 people. The electric heated saltwater pool and spa (no tears just softer water) are perfect for full relaxation. There are enough sunbeds and poolbeds for everyone to find their favorite spot. The south orientation of the pool offers you sun all day. Additional seating can be found on the dock – here you can relax right by the canal and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The dock is also a great spot to fish.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa She Crab is located on a beautiful canal with direct Gulf access. The Villa has a dock, which you can use to secure the boats we rent or for your own boat. You can also paddle through the many canals of Cape Coral on the two Kayaks provided.

Location:

Villa She Crab is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars are in close proximity, which makes it a very popular and convenient location. The Cape Coral Harbor Marina is not far and invites for a fun night out. Here you find exceptional restaurants with amazing views, fun bars, and live music on certain nights of the week.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules - original line). Two Kayaks and two bikes are available for you to discover the area by land and sea. You can park two cars in the garage.
