Living area:

The open living area was furnished with designer furniture, modern accessories and pictures complementing the luxurious ambience. The luxurious high-gloss stretch ceiling creates a lot of light.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specifically designed for this villa and is fully equipped for you to enjoy cooking. In addition, the open kitchen has a kitchen breakfast bar for 3 people. Also in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a beautiful water view of the canal.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms are designed beautifully. The modern decoration and high-quality furniture complement the rooms. Each bedroom has its own TV.

• Master-Suite with king-size bed and own bathroom. The big and elegant suite offers direct access to the pool and is the perfect place to relax inside while enjoying the spectacular water view. This room is also equipped with a desk and two very comfortable chairs.
• Guest-Suite with king-size bed. This suite also offers direct access to the pool and has an amazing water view.
• Guestroom 2 is also furnished with a king-size bed and invites you to relax and unwind.

Bathrooms:

The master suite’s bathroom has a large walk-in shower and an additional bathtub to relax in.

The second bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms and has a big walk-in shower as well. Both bathrooms offer double vanities.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine, a corresponding dryer, ironing equipment, and cleaning utensils. A sink and a lot of cabinet storage are available for your convenience.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary. A modern and comfortable sofa is available to relax and take a break.

Due to the east orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a large part of the day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge-furniture, which surround a cozy fire-feature. The saltwater pool with spa can be heated electrically. There is a sun shelf in the pool, for you to relax your feet in the water or your children to play safely. Sun-loungers invite you to take a nap or read a book in the sun or under an umbrella. The covered area offers a summer kitchen with a Bull BBQ-grill. Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Tamiami is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. From your own dock, you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. You can secure one of our rental boats or your own boat on the available dock and/or lift. There are two kayaks available for you to use and explore the nearby canals. The additional kayak launch helps to get in and out the kayak easily and safely.

Location of the villa:

Villa Tamiami is located in the very safe and historic southeast area of Cape Coral, which also refers to the Yacht Club area.  You can quickly reach the Yacht Club by bike. This neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Our beautiful downtown Cape Coral offers a big selection of restaurants and bars and is only a few minutes away. The bridge over to Ft. Myers is also only minutes away, which makes it a very convenient and popular location.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Keurig coffee machine is also available (please bring your own K-cups). There is a sound system to enjoy your favorite music and YouTube TV to watch your favorite shows/movies. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for you to enjoy. The boat lift is conveniently operated with a remote control.
