Villa Transformer - true to its name, the Villa adopts effortlessly to families and groups of friends, offering expansive living areas and plenty of room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

This is an extravagant gulf access Villa located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral. With its majestic exterior and beautifully designed modern interior, the house offers the perfect balance of impressive architectural charm and contemporary luxury.

Living area:

The open living area with very high tray ceilings and beautiful views of the canal was equipped with modern designer furniture. Tasteful accessories and pictures complement the luxurious and warm ambience. A big electric fireplace gives the modern place the perfect amount of cozynes. The sliding doors connect the inside and outside seamlessly.

Kitchen:

The open and modern kitchen was specially designed for this house and is fully equipped to master a perfect dinner. It offers Bosch appliances and quartz counters. There are two additional beverage refrigerators to guarantee enough cold drinks for everyone. A breakfast counter for 3 people provides a convenient way to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee. Also, in this spacious floorplan you find a dining area with a beautiful dining table for 10 people – here you enjoy your meals with a view of the water.

Bedrooms:

All 6 bedrooms were individually designed. There are 5 master-suites with en-suite bathrooms and 1 loft bedroom also featuring a private bathroom. The pictures and accessories have been adapted to each room to make each of these suits a luxurious and cozy experience. Big walk-in closets, flat screen TVs, and king-size beds are part of all Master Suites. Nearly every room has either direct pool- or balcony access or a water view.

• Master suite 1 with king-size bed (1^st floor). This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Master suite 2 with king-size bed (2^nd floor). From this large suite you have direct access to the balcony and can enjoy stunning views.
• Suite 3,4, with king-size beds (2^nd floor)  offer beautiful water views.
• Suite 5 with king-size bed (2^nd floor) is another cozy space to relax and unwind.
• Suit 6/loft bedroom with king-size bed and water views.

Bathrooms:

There are 6 en-suite bathrooms, and 1 additional powder bathroom downstairs is available and can also be used as a pool bath. All en-suite bathrooms are designed to relax and offer double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The downstairs en-suite bathroom features an additional bathtub to unwind.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room has a washing machine and a corresponding dryer. Iron and Ironing board are available. There is lots of storage and ample counter space for folding and organizing laundry.

Office:

In this charming office with great views and direct access to the balcony, you can do your work undisturbed (if necessary).

Gym:

Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the private gym downstairs, which is equipped with cardio machines. 

Upstairs / additional living area:

This is another space for gatherings and entertainment. The pool table invites to hours of fun and friendly competitions. There are also a TV and comfortable seating available.

Balcony:

On the fully screened balcony (no need to worry about mosquito bites) you can experience breathtaking and beautiful views. Here you find lounge chairs to relax on.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Transformer has a screen, which is used as mosquito protection. The extra-large screen fields allow an undisturbed view of the canal. The outdoor area impresses with its size. Due to the south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the sun all day or relax in the shaded lanai on the lounge furniture. The solar and electrically heated pool and spa with salt system (no salt film on the skin, only softer water which doesn’t burn in eyes) leave nothing to be desired. An outside shower is available as well. The large and covered area offers a summer kitchen. Here you can prepare the fresh catch directly and enjoy it on one of the two outdoor dining tables with plenty of room for everyone. The lounge chairs allow you to relax with a book or drink or take a nap in the sun.

Waterfront, Dock and Lift:

Villa Transformer is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. You can rent a boat from us or bring your own. From your own dock or lift, you have direct access to the Gulf of America. The two complimentary kayaks invite to a fun adventure to explore Cape Corals waterways. The dock is also a great place to fish or relax in the sun and experience the real Florida lifestyle.

Location of the villa:

Villa Transformer is located in one of the most desired areas of Cape Coral - directly on a beautiful gulf access canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Tarpon Point Marina is easily accessible by car and possibly bike. The Marinas have shops, bars and restaurants with live music. Rotary Park is walking distance from the house and offers a nice walking trail and playground for our youngest guests. The park also has some reptile animals in safe cages to be enjoyed and observed. The neighborhood is great for fun and safe bike rides (4 bikes are awaiting you in the garage).

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TVs.  W-LAN is possible everywhere and Starlink is available for backup. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules). A Sonos sound system fills the space with music. Two kayaks and 4 bikes are available for you to use. A pool alarm and/or pool fence for the safety of your young children lets you vacation in peace. German Tv is available. There are each a second washing machine, second dryer, and second dishwasher in the garage. For the BBQ-grill and warm water, there is an underground propane tank. Also available is a generator for the house.
