Villa Golden Sunset – golden sunsets over a beautiful canal is exactly what you will be enjoying from your own patio. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood in the exclusive southwest of Cape Coral.

The house is very cozy but modern and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in.  This luxurious vacation house is the perfect destination for the whole family. Directly after you enter the living room with a view of the pool area and canal, you will feel arrived on your vacation. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside.

The house was built on a west facing lot. You can enjoy the sun for many hours of the day but have the opportunity to cool down in the shade as well.

The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The open living area and the patio area are places to unwind and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area with high ceilings was furnished with tasteful accessories and pictures complementing the charming and modern ambience. There is a small lounge in the entrance area of the house.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. A kitchen island provides additional space for preparations or entertainment. There is a kitchen counter with 4 chairs to enjoy casual meals or get togethers. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful canal.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite with a king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The bedroom is equipped with a TV.
• Guest room 1 with a queen-size bed has a nice view of the pool area and the canal. It also has its own TV.
• Guest room 2 with a king-size bed and TV.
• Guest room 3 with a queen-size bed.

Bathroom:

• The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
• The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and two sinks, it’s shared by the guest bedrooms.

Office:

There is an office table in the lounge by the entrance, where you can do your work if necessary.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Golden Sunset has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The covered area provides a dining table for 6 people. You can unwind on the lounge furniture or sun chairs. There is also an electrically heated Hot Tub (not a Spa/ without jets) to relax fully.

Waterfront and Dock:

Villa Golden Sunset is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals of Cape Coral or the open water. From your own dock, you have direct access to the Gulf of America. The dock can be used for the boats we rent or your own boat (lift is not available for guests).

Location of the villa:

Villa Golden Sunset is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on a canal. Sands Park and the elegant Cape Harbor Marina are nearby. There are restaurants, bars and small shops for dining and strolling. The Cape Harbor Marina has live music on certain nights of the week. Other shops and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity. This house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

 Wi-Fi and high-speed internet are possible everywhere. A Nespresso coffeemaker (please bring your own capsules) guarantees cozy mornings in paradise.
