Villa Golden Sunset is located in the southwestern area of Cape Coral.

The Villa with its cozy modern style makes you feel at home and is a luxurious vacation destination for the whole family. Directly after you enter the living room with a view onto the pool area and canal, you will feel comfortable. The sliding doors to the patio can be opened and connect the inside and outside.

The house was built on a western facing lot. You can enjoy the sun most time of the day.

The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the patio area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience. There is a small office desk and a small lounge in the entrance area of the house.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen for this villa is fully equipped to delight every cook. Further connected to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view onto the beautiful canal.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite with a king-size bed. This large and elegant suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax. The bedroom is equipped with a TV.
• Guest room 1 with a queen-size bed has views onto the pool area and the canal and with TV.
  
  • Guest room 2 with a king-size bed and a TV.
• Guest room 3 with a queen-size bed

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and has a bathtub as well. The second bathroom has a shower/bathtub and two sinks, it’s shared by the guest bedrooms.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Terrace, lanai and outdoor area:

The Villa Golden Sunset has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. The covered area spoils with a dining table for 6 people. You also have sun loungers to relax. There is a Hot Tub (not a Spa, without jets) at the House and it is electric heated.

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa Golden Sunset is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals or the open water. Through the spreader canal and a lock, you can reach the open water.

Location of the villa:

Villa Golden Sunset is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on a canal. Sands Park and the elegant Cape Harbor Marina are nearby. There are restaurants, bars and small shops for dining and strolling. Other shops and supermarkets are also in the immediate vicinity.
