Villa Paradise Garden is a beautiful villa with a pool and spa and is located in Cape Coral in a very quiet residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral. Completely renovated and refurbished in 2023, it is ideal as the perfect vacation home for up to 6 people.

Living area:

The bright and friendly living area with an open kitchen and adjoining dining area is completely furnished for 6 people. It’s the perfect place for the whole family to relax and enjoy.

Kitchen and Dining room:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has a breakfast bar for 2 people. Further to the kitchen area is the dining area with space for 6 people and a view onto the pool area and the beautiful backyard.

Bedrooms:

Each of the bedrooms has a flat-screen TV.

• Master suite with king-size bed. This suite has direct access to the pool area and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest room 1 with queen-size bed.
• Guest room 2 with queen-size bed.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the pool area.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

The Villa has a pool area in an east-facing position. The pool can be heated electrically. The spacious covered lanai is equipped with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, a lounge area with fire pit table and a TV. The great outdoor area invites you to relax and enjoy your evenings with a view into the beautiful, designed backyard. The backyard has beautiful sculptures and a variety of plants to look at. There are comfortable sun loungers to relax at the pool.
The BBQ grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings with culinary delicacies of fish and meat.
The entire pool area is completely covered with a screen to protect it from insects and coarse dirt.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral near to the Surfside Blvd in a quiet street. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike or car and has shops, bars, and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line).
