The open living area with a 14 feet high "Cathedral" ceiling was furnished with high quality furniture, and elegant accessories and pictures are complementing the modern ambience.

The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped and was designed to delight every cook. The kitchen provides a kitchen breakfast bar for 3 people. Further in this spacious floor plan is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view of the beautiful spreader canal and native mangroves.

Bedroom:

All 3 bedrooms have been designed with balanced colors. The pictures and the accessories complete the style of each room. Every bedroom has its own flat screen Smart TV and remote control for fans and lights. The rooms are designed for you to relax.  Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

• Guest suite with king-size bed. From this spacious suite with private bathroom, you also have direct access to the pool.

• The master bathroom has an extra-large walk-through shower, a bathtub, and double sinks.
• The guest suite also has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks.
• The third guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.
• There is also a guest powder bath, which can be used as a pool bath.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai and outdoor area:

Villa Inspiration has a screen with extra-large screen-fields, which is used as a mosquito repellent. The outdoor area impresses not only with its size but especially with its unobstructed view. You can enjoy a peaceful view of the native Mangroves while sitting in your own lanai.  Due to the west orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun a great part of the day or relax on the lounge furniture in the shaded lanai. You can watch magnificent golden sunsets. The oversized saltwater infinity pool with spa is electric heated and leaves nothing to be desired. There is an outside summer kitchen, fridge, and an outside table for 6 waiting for you to be used. Here you can prepare and enjoy the fresh catch directly. The outside TV invites for sports-games while cooling off in the pool or cozy movie nights under the sky.

Waterfront, Dock and Tiki:

Villa Inspiration is a unique starting point for exploring Cape Coral's endless and scenic water channels and diverse islands. From the Villa’s private boat dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America.

Villa Inspiration is located at the Peninsula Pointe - at the end of El Dorado Parkway West. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is only 1.5 miles away and easily accessible by foot or by bike.
