The master suite and the guest bedroom 1 have direct access to the pool area. Each of these two bedrooms are equipped with an HD-TV.

• Guest room 1 with king-size bed has views onto the pool area and the canal.
• Guest room 2 has two twin size beds and is perfect if you are travelling with your kids.

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub as well. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is shared by the guest bedrooms.

The functional laundry room was equipped with a washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Villa Caribe is located in the popular residential area very close to the Four Mile Cove directly on a canal. The street “Del Prado Blvd” can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and bars here. You can reach the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve by bike or by foot. At 365 acres, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve is the second-largest preserved green space in Cape Coral. Located just north of Veteran's Parkway, Four Mile Cove “Eco Park” is a brackish water wetland area with a walking trail, visitor center, and the Veterans Memorial Area. Visitors of any age can walk through the preserve on the boardwalk. Possible wildlife sightings include eagles, ibis, herons, other wading & migratory birds, raccoons, snakes, and others.
