The Villa Mon Rêve is located on one of the most beautiful garden lots of Cape Coral right on the southern spreader canal. On the ground floor, in addition to the spacious living-dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen (with Bosch appliances), the large master suite with king-size bed, bathroom and walk-in closet, a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a guest bedroom with two twin beds (both guest bedrooms have a private bath), as well as the office / reading room, the powder bathroom and the laundry room with Bosch washing machine, dryer and ironing set. Upstairs is another large king suite with a huge bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions, the living room additionally with Dolby surround system. A central display controls the music for the room and the terrace. And everywhere you have access to Wi-Fi Internet.

The pool and spa are electric heated and connected to a salt water system, which keeps the pool clean naturally and provides skin-friendly, relaxed water. Additional gas heater for the colder winter month is optional and will be charged extra.

The covered outdoor area and the outdoor kitchen invite you to a relaxed BBQ and the boat deck to a memorable sundowner.

Villa Mon Reve has a screen, which is used as mosquito repellent. Another effective mosquito repellent is achieved by a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and has a biological effect. This system also works against the annoying "No See Ums" mosquitoes that get through the mesh of a screen. These systems are already being used successfully in the large amusement parks. This system is optional.

It should be mentioned that the Villa Mon Rêve is also suitable for wheelchair users.
