Villa Mon Reve – the name means “my dream”. This villa is a dream come true and has everything you need for your vacation. You will be delighted with the beautiful variety of tropical trees and plants (twenty Royal Palms) and breathe the scent of countless flowers. Fountains and ponds complete this unique idyll. 

Villa Mon Reve is an unique and private retreat which will make you feel right at home. This two-story property was built on an oversized lot. The house is west oriented, so you can enjoy the sun all day until sunset. It is located in the popular southwest of Cape Coral directly on the spreader canal.

The house is charming, cozy, and flooded with daylight. The wide and open living area with extra high ceilings and the beautiful patio area are places to relax.

Living area: 

The open living area has been furnished with high-quality furniture. Tasteful accessories complete the idyllic ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen was built for the demanding cook and is fully equipped to make cooking a pleasant experience. Also, part of the open floorplan is an elegant dining table for 6 people with stunning views of the spreader canal and mangroves.

Bedrooms:

The villa is one of only a few that offers two master-suites. One master-suite is downstairs and the other one upstairs, The floorplan offers lots of privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and have their own en-suite bathroom.

• Master-suite 1 (downstairs) has a king-size bed. This suite is spacious and cozy. The additional sofa creates an extra seating option to rest or read a book.
• Guestroom 1 (downstairs) has a queen-size bed. From this room, you have direct access to the pool area.
• Guestroom 2 (downstairs) has two twin-size beds, which is great when travelling with kids.
• Master-suite 2 (upstairs) has a king-size bed. This suite has a great view and lots of privacy away from the living area and other bedrooms.

Bathrooms: 

Each of the two master bedrooms have their own large bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. The two guestroom bathrooms are also en-suite and are directly accessible from the bedrooms. There is an additional powder bathroom on the ground floor. All bathrooms are equipped with high quality materials.

Laundry: 

The functional laundry room was equipped with a high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office: 

The office is located on the ground floor and has a nice desk and cozy sofa, so you can do your work in a nice ambience, if needed. 

Terraces, Lanai, and outdoor area:

Villa Mon Reve has a screen, which is used as a mosquito repellent. Another effective mosquito repellent is achieved by a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, which is harmless and has a biological effect. This system also works against the annoying "No See Ums" mosquitoes that get through the mesh of a screen. These systems are already being used successfully in large amusement parks. This system is optional. The pool and spa are electric heated and connected to a salt-water system, which keeps the pool clean naturally and provides skin-friendly, relaxed water. Lounge-chairs and a large umbrella are perfect to relax and to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. The covered outdoor area and the outdoor kitchen with fridge invite you to a casual BBQ. There is a dining table for 8 people to enjoy the fresh catch directly. Additional gas heater for the colder winter month is optional and will be charged extra. The view of the water and many palm trees and plants are exceptional and leave nothing to be desired.

Waterfront and Dock: 

Villa Mon Reve is located directly on the spreader canal and is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddling tour across the many canals. From your own boat-dock you have direct sailboat access to the Gulf of America. The dock and lift can be used for the boats we rent or your own boat. The dock also invites to fish or enjoy a nice sundowner.

Location of the Villa: 

Villa Mon Reve is located in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral, one of the most desired neighborhoods in southwest Cape Coral right on the spreader canal. Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike and not only offers restaurants and bars but also delicious ice-cream, live music, and cute little boutiques.

Additional Information: 

It should be mentioned that Villa Mon Reve is suitable for wheelchair users. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is available for our coffee drinkers (please bring your own capsules). The living room is equipped with a Dolby surround system - a central display controls the music for the rooms and the terrace.
