Villa Bahama is located in the southwest area of Cape Coral near to the Surfside Blvd. The classic style of the Villa is right for your luxurious vacation destination for the whole family. As soon as you enter the living area with a view onto the pool area and the wide canal, you will feel comfortable.

The house is modern and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The open living area and the outdoor area are places to relax and enjoy.

Living area:

The open living area was furnished with high quality furniture, tasteful accessories and pictures complement the modern ambience.

Kitchen:

The open kitchen is fully equipped to delight every cook. In addition, the open kitchen has granite counters, kitchen breakfast bar for 4 people. Further to the kitchen area is the dining area with a dining table for 6 people and a view onto the beautiful Ferdinand canal.

Bedrooms:

• Master suite with king-size bed. This large suite has direct access to the pool and is an ideal retreat to relax.
• Guest suite with king-size bed. From this suite with a private bathroom, you also have access to the pool area.
• Guest room 2 has a queen-size bed.

Bathroom:

The master bedroom has its own large bathroom with walk-in shower and a bathtub. The guest suite has a small bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the pool area. The guest bathroom has walk in shower.

Laundry:

The functional laundry room was equipped with a new high-quality washing machine and a corresponding dryer and has ironing equipment and cleaning utensils.

Office:

In the separate office you can do your work undisturbed, if necessary.

Terraces, lanai, and outdoor area:

The outdoor area has a south orientation of the pool area, you can enjoy the Florida sun the whole day or relax in the shaded lanai. The covered area has a dining table for 6 people and a BBQ Grill.

Waterfront and Dock:

The Villa Bahama is an ideal starting point for a boat tour or a paddle tour through the many canals. The lift of the house can be used for the boats we rent.

Location of the villa:

The Villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, on the Ferdinand canal. Shops and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. The elegant Cape Harbor Marina is easily accessible by bike and has shops, bars, and restaurants.

Additional Information:

All rooms are equipped with large HD TV’s. W-LAN reception is possible everywhere. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules (original line).
